Back to help the class survive.

Packing list...
Clothing
- T-Shirt(with sleeves) - At least T-shirt/CCA T-Shirt/House T-shirt/Class T-Shirt(1dark coloured)
- Shorts/Slck/Bermudas - At least 3 [NO JEANS, NO FBT SHORTS]
- Track Pants or Cargo Pants - 1 Pair
- Undergarments - At least 4 set (Enough for 3D2N)
- Sweater/WInd-breaker - 1
- Cap(Optional) - 1
- Socks - 3 Pairs
- Swimming Attire - 1 (no bikini, one-piece swimsuit only) + 1 set extra dark coloured t-shirt & short
Footwear
- Sport Sandal or Slippers - 1 Pair (for Shower and Night only)
- Old Shoes/Booties - 1 Pair (For water activites)
- Track Shoes - 1 Pair
Personal Items
- Toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, sanitary pad etc)
- Towel (shower)
- Sunblock lotion
- Insect Repellant
- Sleeping Bag
- Pen/Pencil
- Torch Light
- Alarm Clock
- Plastic Bags for wet clothing
- Toilet paper
- WATER BOTTLE
- Pouch/Small Backpack
- Personal Medication (Ie. Inhaler/Insulin/Plaster, etc)
- Raincoat/Poncho/Umbrella
Utensils (No disposable)
- Plastic Plate/Plastic Bowl
- Plastic Cup/Plastic Mug
- Fork and Spoon
Things to leave at home:
- Your CD Player/MP3/Handphone/PSP/Radio/etc...
- Excessive cash
You can bring your Phone but you must surrender to teacher before camp ! If bring cash , not more then $5 !
WRITE YOUR NAME ON ALL YOUR BELONGINGS !!
Those who have brought 2/3'10 class tee ,, please bring and wear it on campfire !
THose who have brought 1/3'09 class tee ,, please bring and wear it on kayaking !
Those who have both!!! BRING BOTH FOR CAMPFIRE AND KAYAKING!

All class monitors and PE reps are to report to Foyer 10 minutes before start of NAPFA. Your task is to facilitate the movement of students to various venues and to ensure discipline at each station. You will :
- Ensure students are seated while waiting for their turn at the station.
- Ensure students are lined up according to register number.
- Facilitate movement to other stations if there are too many groups in one station.
- Assit teacher in-charge of each station.
Station Venue :
Sit up -Foyer
Standing Broad Jump - Foyer
Sit N Reach - Water Cooler Area (Foyer)
Incline Pull Up - Void Deck
Pull Up - Void Deck (For boys 15 yrs old and above)
Shuttle Run - Hall/Car Park Area at Foyer
